1. What are the payment modes?
We accept both offline and online payment methods.

Offline includes: 
- Bank transfer / iBanking

Online includes:
- Apple Pay
- Master / Visa / AMEX

2. What are the shipping options?
We ship locally and internationally.
We offer free local registered mail for purchases above SGD80 in a single order.
We encourage all customers to take up registered mailing as PRESS will not be liable for loss of normal mails.
For self-collection, the item(s) will be dispatched from the warehouse and ready for collection in the respective stores within 48 business hours. We will also notify customers via email/phone once the item(s) have arrived and ready for in-store collection.

3. May I amend my order after my order has been placed?
We try to process your orders as soon as possible. If we have yet to proceed to mailing, depending on case-to-case basis, amendments are allowed.

4. May I return my item(s)?

PRESS do not accept any returns. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

5. May I exchange my item(s)?
PRESS accepts exchange for defective/damaged item(s) within 14 calendar days. 
Note that sales item(s) cannot be exchanged or returned.
